Our delivery services are exclusively available within the United Kingdom. We do not currently ship internationally.

Transit time after dispatch: 2–5 working days (Monday to Friday)

Total delivery time: 3–7 working days (Monday to Friday)

Delivery times may be extended in cases of force majeure or exceptional circumstances, such as carrier strikes or extreme weather conditions.

Weekend Orders: Orders placed over the weekend are processed on the next working day.

Changes to Delivery Address

Please check your delivery address carefully when placing your order, as once it has been dispatched, we will no longer be able to modify it.

Order Cancellation Policy:

Please note that for logistical reasons, once the order has been processed for dispatch, it can no longer be cancelled.

Damaged Parcels in Transit:

If you notice that a parcel is damaged during transit, please, if possible, refuse the parcel from the courier and contact our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered in your absence, please contact customer service at: support@luminleylighting.com

FINALLY, IF ALL PARCELS HAVE ARRIVED AND YOU ARE STILL MISSING A PRODUCT, PLEASE CONTACT CUSTOMER SERVICE BY EMAIL.
